Message from the Grand Knight

Thank you for visiting our website!
We are building a website that can be used as not only a resource for members and those who would like to become a member, but also anyone that shares in our faith.

If you are new to us, please feel free to browse around and learn more about Father John E. Doyle Council and the Knights of Columbus. Check out the "Special Interest" page for links to find out more about our founder, Father Michael J. McGivney. Anyone that is a practicing Catholic gentleman and a member of Corpus Christi Parish in Lansdale PA or St. Rose of Lima in North Wales PA is invited to join us! We take it as our responsibility to reach out to all such parishioners. If you are not a member of either parish, click on the "National" tab above to find a council near you.

Message of October 23, 2009:
It is an extreme honor and privilege to represent the Father John E. Doyle Council as Grand Knight. I received my first degree on 04/15/2004 and have enjoyed being a Knight ever since. My wife Wendy and I have been married for 15 years and have two children, Ann and Alison. We have been members of Corpus Christi parish 18 years. Keeping the momentum that Bob Kozloski added to this council will be an ongoing task. Bob worked tirelessly to make our Council what it is today and his contribution is visible in everything we do. I cannot remember one event that we had that I did not see Bob helping make a success and going out of his way to make sure everyone there was enjoying themselves. Of course, behind every great Grand Knight, there is a special person who makes sacrifices and is willing to share her husband with the council. A special thanks to Mary Lou! What you can expect from me. I will do my best for the good of the order. We will be getting more involved in the church, community, council and family activities. I welcome all new ideas and suggestions. Recruiting as always will be ongoing endeavor. I feel that working and having fun together will enhance our brotherhood. If everyone does a little, a lot will be done for the council. I ask for your patience, kindness and support during my tenure.

Fraternally yours in Christ,
Tim Lescoe,
Grand Knight
